The Kings Cross Voices Project was commissioned by Camden Local Studies and Archives Centre with Heritage Lottery funding.

It is a collection of around 100 portraits of Kings Cross residents photographed on location in Kings Cross and Somers Town, on 6X6 film. Each subject chose a location that was relevant to the story they told.

An exhibition of this work is planned for July 2009 and will start its tour at Holborn Library. The portraits  will sit alongside interviews. Together these weave a fascinating history of this changing area of London.
