The Kings Cross Voices Project was commissioned by Camden Local Studies and Archives Centre with Heritage Lottery funding. It was run by Oral Historian Alan Dein.
It is a collection of around 100 portraits of Kings Cross residents photographed on location in Kings Cross and Somers Town, on 6X6 film.
Each subject chose a location that was relevant to the story they told and a recording of their interview was taken. The recordings and photographs are help in the archives of Holborn Library where they were also exhibited in 2009.
